This 12.5mm Gyproc fire-rated plasterboard delivers reliable 30-minute fire protection in walls and ceilings. Its dense gypsum core contains glass fibre and fire-resistant additives that char under heat to slow flame spread and reduce heat release.

Each board measures 2400×1200mm and weighs around 20 kg, making it easy to handle and install. You fit it with standard drywall screws on timber or metal studs, or you bond it directly to masonry. The pale pink facing lets installers identify fire-rated boards at a glance.

This board meets BS 476-22 and EN 520 Type F standards (A2-s1,d0), ensuring full compliance with UK building regulations. It suits internal partitions, shaft linings, ceilings and fire-rated enclosures in residential and commercial projects.
