High-Performance Ready-Mixed Salt-Resistant Renovating Plaster for Damp Walls
Biokil Crown Premium M+ is a ready-to-use, lightweight renovating plaster formulated to provide a breathable, salt-resistant render for use on damp or salt-contaminated internal walls. Specially developed for use after the installation of a new damp-proof course (DPC), it prevents residual ground salts from migrating into subsequent decorative finishes. Ideal for renovation, refurbishment, and conservation work, Premium M+ delivers a long-lasting, smooth finish without requiring gauging or blending.

Application Instructions
- Substrate Prep: Remove all salt-contaminated plaster and loose material. Apply to clean, sound backgrounds treated with a damp-proof course.
- Application: Apply Premium M+ in 1 or 2 passes. Scratch the first coat while wet if applying a second layer.
- Smoothing: Use a float or straight edge to level and smooth the surface.
- Final Finishes: Allow full drying before applying paint or decorative finishes. Use breathable coatings only.
Limitations
- Do not use on external surfaces or where hydrostatic water pressure is present.
- Not suitable for use as a final decorative finish — must be overcoated.
