Visqueen Radon R400 Membrane – Radon Gas Barrier for Ground Floors

Visqueen Radon R400 is a high-performance radon gas membrane designed to protect buildings from harmful radon emissions. Manufactured from multi-layer polyethylene with an integral reinforcing grid, this radon membrane offers excellent puncture resistance and durability, making it suitable for use beneath ground floor slabs in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Certified to BBA Certificate 94/3009 and compliant with BS EN 13967, Visqueen R400 can be used as a stand-alone radon barrier membrane or combined with a damp proof membrane where both gas and moisture protection are required. It is particularly effective in areas identified as radon-affected in accordance with BRE Report BR 211.
