Usage and practical notes

Install the wall flange to a clean, flat surface using appropriate fixings. The included 20mm wall flange and 25mm elbow are both ½" BSP connections, enabling a straightforward threaded join to the external outlet or hose setup. Use standard MDPE compression fittings for the 20mm and 25mm run, ensuring all pipe ends are cut square and deburred.

Apply PTFE tape to threaded connections (not included) to achieve a leak-tight seal. After assembly, perform a pressure leak test at a comfortable test pressure to confirm integrity. Avoid over-tightening fittings to prevent damaging threads or pipework.

Ideal uses

Outdoor taps, irrigation feeds, and light industrial or commercial exterior water outlets where MDPE piping is already in use. This kit is well suited to tasks requiring a swift, durable external connection without bespoke components.
