Gyproc Fire Rated Plasterboard 3000x1200x15mm - Tapered Edge

Gyproc Fire Rated Plasterboard 3000x1200x15mm - Tapered Edge

This 15mm fire-rated plasterboard is engineered for constructing walls and ceilings requiring enhanced fire resistance. Measuring 3000mm in length and 1200mm in width, it features a tapered edge to facilitate seamless jointing and finishing.

The board comprises a dense gypsum core reinforced with glass fibre and fire-resistant additives, achieving an EN 520 Type F classification and a Euroclass A2-s1,d0 reaction-to-fire rating. It offers up to 60 minutes of fire resistance when installed as part of a compliant system. The board has a thermal conductivity of 0.24 W/m·K and a water vapour resistance factor (μ) of 10. Its mass per unit area is approximately 11.7 kg/m², resulting in a total weight of around 42 kg per board. The product is certified to BS 476 Parts 4, 6, and 7, and holds BES 6001 'Excellent' classification for responsible sourcing. It is suitable for drylining, partitions, ceilings, and encasement of structural steel where fire protection is essential.
